Dan is a filmmaker from sunny St Helens (that’s up North, in the UK).

His comedy short ‘Love Is Blind’ was nominated for a Palme d’Or at Cannes and was a Vimeo Staff Pick & Film of the Year.

He is currently developing his debut with Bird Flight Films, and with development support from the BFI.

Recent editing work includes the feature doc ‘Boarders’, which was nominated for a load of BIFAs;  two episodes of BBC3’s ‘The Break’ series; and a series of promotional films for Elton’s John’s new album ‘The Lockdown Sessions’.

He also shoots and edits behind-the-scenes for film and TV, including Studiocanal’s ‘Blithe Spirit’ featuring Judi Dench, ‘Unforgotten’ for ITV and ‘Gold Digger’ for the BBC.
