Dan is a writer/director and editor, and a short, ginger man.  

His film ‘Love Is Blind’ was nominated for a Palme d’Or, a BIFA and was a Vimeo Staff Pick of the Year. 

His feature ‘Queen of Cards’ is a very British comedy about a recently widowed grandmother who discovers an aptitude for poker. It is being produced by Bird Flight Films, with development support from the BFI and sales agent Bankside attached.

He’s recently edited a documentary about the women’s deaf futsbol team competing in the Deaflympics, a Red Bull promo of Max Verstappen learning to drift drive, and daily highlights of the Wimbledon Tennis Championships.   

He directs and edits behind-the-scenes for film and TV, including Studiocanal’s ‘Blithe Spirit’ featuring Judi Dench, ‘Unforgotten’ for ITV and ‘Gold Digger’ for the BBC.
